Mournful

Remembering a life
Montreal, QC, July 2009

A little over a year ago, I came to this cemetery with my father to visit the graves of our extended family*. I had been wanting to make this trip with him for years, but for various reasons, most of them having to do with his failing health, it had never worked out until then.

We lost him barely six weeks after this photo was taken, so in retrospect I'm glad we had this day. It's one of the things I hold on to when I find myself drifting in the nebulous vastness of losing a parent. I simply focus on specific days, events or memories and, for a few minutes at least, I feel a small sense of comfort.

Someday I suppose I'll return to this place. And when I do, I'll have to remember where everyone is, and I'll have to retrace our steps alone. And I'll replay this day in my head as if it was yesterday. And I'll wish I could actually go back and be here with him, if only for a moment.

This life thing isn't always easy.

Part 17 - Rochester, NY - The Blood Sealed Vault of Cthulhu

This is a post you should probably not use for bedtime reading material because you are likely to find it rather disturbing. If you are one of my family or are already disturbed by what I've written in this series I would like you to pause and pray about whether to proceed. You may want to skip it, at least for now. I'm not being melodramatic. If you know me well at all you know I love to joke around - but there is no joking here. It should be taken very seriously.

A fictional short story featuring Rochester, NY's "Clock of Nations" was written not long ago. I discovered it last week while researching the clock. The story itself, the context of the story and the circumstances surrounding my personal encounter with the story mark it as something worthy of deep consideration. The Lord has a message in this.

The untitled story was authored by Terry Mahoney and published in the "Short Stories" section on the creative writing site, "Helium." The story can be read at this link: Short stories: Inspired by H. P. Lovecraft

The story should be considered as a required part of this post, so please read it before continuing here. It's spread across four pages, so if you're printing it out, print from all four.

Done? Ready? OK. What was the inspiration for writing such a story? I'm not asking the author, I'm posing it to you. Thoughtful and informed answers are going to suggest that there is indeed something special about the clock, something supernatural and significant.

The elements of the story are a mix of fact and fiction. The clock is real. In Rochester, NY on the 10th day of April, 1962, the grand opening ceremony of Midtown Plaza in downtown was attended by thousands. The celebration featured a ribbon cutting ceremony attended by Mayor Gillette and other politicians. Those familiar with H. P. Lovecraft will recognize some fictional elements like the Miskatonic University and Arkham Asylum, with which the character "Professor Alicea" was associated. Into which of the two categories are we to assign the plot's mystical elements? Is there in fact some magickal "seal on 'the vault'" influenced by the clock's location and relocation? Did the clock's removal require something like a sealing with blood, or is the core theme of ceremonial magick a purely fictional component of the story?

If you've been reading the blog you know I've declared several times that there is magick of some significance pertaining to the clock. Given its context and history, the kind of magick described by Terry Mahoney shouldn't be immediately dismissed as devoid of factual substance simply because the story is fictional. Was Jonathan Swift's unlikely description of Phobos and Deimos in "Gulliver's Travels" devoid of factual substance?

Consider this excerpt from the story. "The gist of the letter was that I needed to come to visit the professor in Arkham, or what I had done so long ago would be undone and some sort of vault or gate would reopen and creatures with a whole lot of consonants and not many vowels in their names would be free to terrorize Rochester."

If you've been reading this blog or listening to Tom Horn and Steve Quayle, or keying in to what many others are suggesting or declaring with mounting conviction, you are probably beginning to realize how that, when you read something about the opening of such a gateway, it warrants giving it further attention to consider what the Lord might reveal!

I believe Mr. Mahoney's inspiration was supernatural. It compares on some level to that of Geri Kavanaugh and Dale Clark, who were responsible for the clock. I have to believe that Victor Gruen, who designed the mall, Bill Stewart ("The Council") and everyone else responsible for the subjects of this blog series share a similar source of inspiration. As to whether the occultists associated with Freemasonry are directly involved with any of this activity, I cannot say because I have no direct proof; the members can be rather secretive, as you may know. As to whether the pharmakeia of the great city Babylon is involved with the objects and their inspiration, I can declare with confidence, yes.

Before I expand on the context of the short story and share the circumstances surrounding my personal encounter with it, I'd like you to consider what can be gleaned about Midtown Plaza and malls in general from the following excerpts from an article published in 2007.

"In 1964, Gruen declared Midtown Plaza the first living example of a theory of urban revitalization he called “transfiguration.” ... "But to Gruen, the non-retail elements of Midtown were anything but ornamental, and anything but mere enticements to attract shoppers. They were central to the project itself. And if they didn’t succeed, neither would Midtown." ... "In 1964, in the same book in which he outlined “transfiguration,” Gruen called for a new type of architect—an “environmental architect”—who would, among other things, possess a “restless seeking for deeper insight into the nature of man.”" ([PDF] The Life and Times of Midtown Plaza by Karen McCally, Ph.D. - Rochester History (Magazine) - A Publication of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County and the Rochester Historical Society)

Transfiguration? A “restless seeking for deeper insight into the nature of man”? Hmmmmm.

As for the inspiration of the clock, well, if you happen to see an eccentric old guy hitchhiking and pushing the coffin on wheels he sleeps in, somewhere between Tombstone, AZ and ..., that would be Dale Clark, the artist responsible for the clock's design.

Now, given the fact that Mahoney's short story appears in "Short stories: Inspired by H. P. Lovecraft," plus the fact that it features fictional elements common to Lovecraft's work, the inspiration is obviously H. P. Lovecraft. The further inspiration that lies beyond is the serpent dragon. The link to the untitled story lists a string of keywords in its url, the first being, "lovecraft" and the second, "cthulhu," which offers more insight into source of inspiration. Cthulhu (commonly pronounced: ke-THOO-loo) is a fictional "cosmic entity" created by Lovecraft.

The following is excerpted from the Wikipedia entry for Cthulhu in the Cult of Cthulhu section.

"Cthulhu is depicted as having a worldwide doomsday cult centered in Arabia, with followers in regions as far-flung as Greenland and Louisiana. There are leaders of the cult "in the mountains of China" who are said to be immortal. Cthulhu is described by some of these cultists as the "great priest" of "the Great Old Ones who lived ages before there were any men, and who came to the young world out of the sky."
The cult is noted for chanting the phrase "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn", which translates as "In his house at R'lyeh, dead Cthulhu waits dreaming." This is often shortened to "Cthulhu fhtagn", which might possibly mean "Cthulhu waits", "Cthulhu dreams", or "Cthulhu waits dreaming."
One cultist, known as Old Castro, provides the most elaborate information given in Lovecraft's fiction about Cthulhu. The Great Old Ones, according to Castro, had come from the stars to rule the world in ages past.
They were not composed altogether of flesh and blood. They had shape...but that shape was not made of matter. When the stars were right, They could plunge from world to world through the sky; but when the stars were wrong, They could not live. But although They no longer lived, They would never really die. They all lay in stone houses in Their great city of R'lyeh, preserved by the spells of mighty Cthulhu for a glorious resurrection when the stars and the earth might once more be ready for Them.
Castro points to a "much-discussed couplet" from Abdul Alhazred's Necronomicon:
That is not dead which can eternal lie.
And with strange aeons even death may die.
Castro explains the role of the Cthulhu Cult, stating that when the stars and the earth "might once more be ready" for the Great Old Ones, "some force from outside must serve to liberate their bodies. The spells that preserved Them intact likewise prevented them from making an initial move." At the proper time,
the secret priests would take great Cthulhu from his tomb to revive His subjects and resume his rule of earth....Then mankind would have become as the Great Old Ones; free and wild and beyond good and evil, with laws and morals thrown aside and all men shouting and killing and revelling in joy. Then the liberated Old Ones would teach them new ways to shout and kill and revel and enjoy themselves, and all the earth would flame with a holocaust of ecstasy and freedom."

(Cult of Cthulhu - Wikipedia)

Soooooooooooooo, if explanation is required, methinks you arrived here by accident. The veil concealing the identity of the Watchers and Nephilim is so thin as to be practically nonexistent. Here is the inspiration for the story about the ceremonial magick of Rochester's "Clock of Nations."

And now, if you're still with me, I'm going to share some of the circumstances surrounding my own personal experience of reading of the story. Some of you will recognize this as the Lord's calling it to my/our particular attention. It's an affirmation that ceremonial magick is behind Midtown Plaza and the "Clock of Nations."

When I found the short story, I read with fascination enough to see there was magick involved with the clock. I was in the middle of researching a variety of related aspects of the clock and the mall, making notes and preparing a blog post. Since I could tell the story wasn't going to be in the current post and was satisfied for the moment, not wanting to be further distracted from the focus of the moment, I kept the page open in a tab so I could easily resume reading sometime later. When I returned to it, knowing how content on the Web tends to come and go, and, feeling that it was important enough to save a copy locally, I selected the story's text from each of the four pages and copy/pasted it into a text format document. Then I read it.

When I read a text format document I sometimes make it easier to read by resizing the application until the length of a line is more like you see in a book. When I did that, the desktop background was visible all around the outside. Most people have a fixed desktop background but mine was configured to rotate from one scene to the next every 20 minutes. It's a feature of Windows 7. Nice themes, nice backgrounds - adds a little variety, which is appreciated when I'm parked in front of the screen as much as I am. So, there's me, finally getting around to reading the story, looking at it in a window around which is the current theme's current background image.

I'm reading along and get to the place where the letter-writing lead character is having a really weird engagement with his birthmark/eye. He takes the scissors and heads down to the old Midtown Plaza. On the way, he begins to share about the appearance of wiggling sea anemones on the tips of the fingers of his left hand and how the birthmark/eye on his right hand basically assumed control.

As I'm reading I'm noticing the current desktop background. It looks like a sea anemone! The image above-right is a screenshot of the background I was looking at.

Reading on, with the letter writer's arrival at the mall where the clock had been, the scissors from the mall's red ribbon cutting ceremony began to engage with the wiggling sea anemone/octopus tentacles on his left hand. It is dawning on me that he's cutting off his fingers. As he chants the incantation he learned from the Professor, the ceremonial magick is performed and the fissure that had opened in the scarred floor where the clock once stood was sealed with blood. He observed that his fingers had all landed in the cleft, and he was happy to see that. That's weird.

You may not know this about me, but some fingers are missing from my left hand, cut off in a table saw accident in 1999. As I look back and forth between my left hand with its missing fingers and the desktop background, there was a definite creepiness factor beyond that of the story itself, which was already plenty creepy enough! Now, such a thing could really freak a guy out, but the Lord always prepares people for such things, and He has prepared me for such extreme weirdness on a number of occasions. While this was pretty high on the freaky scale, I could recognize His hand at work and gratefully acknowledge receipt of a message with some retained sense of humor. I get it. There may be more to it than I know at the present, but I get that he's affirming the magick of the clock as I've been presenting to you in this series.

Let me fill you in on more of the circumstances.

I'm a Netflix subscriber. I queue up a list of DVD's to be sent and they ship them in order. I don't usually pay much attention to what's coming and when. I usually have one or two at the top of the queue that get skipped over because they're not available for shipping yet. Sometimes, instead of watching a DVD, I watch one from their selection of instant "streaming" movies. No DVD. No Shipping. Available anytime. The Lord's hand in directing the content and timing of what I watch is sometimes really obvious because the interaction is seamlessly related to what He's revealing to me as I study and blog.

So, after I had read the short story and finished pacing up and down, saying "Whoah" and "Wow," and profound utterances like that, and praying, I thought about winding down for the night. I headed over to the counter to see what DVD I had on hand. "Stranger than Fiction." That's the title of the movie! "Stranger than Fiction." Well, that was hard to argue against! So, I had to watch it. You might think it related somehow, and sure enough, it did!

The movie was made in 2006, is rated PG-13 and is 113 minutes long. The Netflix description begins, "Harold Crick becomes aware of someone narrating his life in real time. Has a literary expert help him identify the author." During the course of the movie, the literary expert tells Harold that the expression he heard from the voice narrating his life, "Little did he know," revealed that it was what's referred to as "third person omniscient." What had been happening to me wasn't what Harold was experiencing, but I could sure relate to the "third person omniscient" bit! "Little did he know." Ha! Pretty amusing!

The next day when I was reviewing the previous day's bizarre happenings, yet another strange circumstance came to my awareness as I remembered how that in the nights before that I had been watching an A&E movie on Netflix titled "Ancient Mysteries: Human Sacrifice" The Netflix description begins, "The acclaimed A&E series "Ancient Mysteries" explores the gruesome and fascinating history of ritualistic human sacrifice across cultures worldwide. Why did practitioners believe spilling human blood could appease the gods?"

OK. I warned you this was some weird stuff. Some who read this will want to think I'm making this stuff up. You're welcome to think that, if you can't take what I shared at face value and that's what you want to think. However, if you know me better than that, you probably also know this is not uncharacteristic of how the Lord works. He does this to get our attention, to direct our focus of attention, to make a point. Are we paying attention yet?

There are some more things I'd like to share before I really close this out, but it can wait. Lord willing - to be continued...

Flower in the surf

Chasing birds
Deerfield Beach, FL, December 2008

At once, this photo has both everything and nothing to do with flowers. The nothing is easy: This is a salt water beach. Between pounding surf, mindless surfers and the occasional jellyfish infestation, this isn't the kind of place where a bouquet of anything short of titanium would survive. The everything is also easy, as our daughter's name is Dahlia. And like the flower, she's blooming into one lovely human being.
(Sidebar: She got glasses last week. They make her look like more of a lady than she already is. My wife wrote about it here. End tangent.)
As I've shared previously, it's a joyous thing to watch the munchkins pursue their own art. They're such effusive, creative kids that it's easy to put some tool of creation - whatever that tool may be - into their hands and let them loose. They come by it honestly, thanks to my wife, but they still manage to make the moment their own, and to come back with something totally unique to them.

It was 4:35 p.m. as we wandered through the ankle-deep water, cameras in hand. Late afternoon is an interesting time at the beach, as the lengthening shadows send the sunbathers home, only to be replaced by a smaller crowd of hoodie-wearing folks walking through the surf.

The day was slowly drawing to a close, but our kids were intent on squeezing just a little more joy from the day. Dahlia quietly followed a few seagulls (familiar, I know) and zoomed in from afar to avoid disturbing them. She spoke to them gently, almost willing them to stay nearby, nearly convincing them she wouldn't hurt them. Nearly, because soon after 4:35, the inevitable gaggle of unruly kids (no parents in sight, big surprise) ran through, splashing everyone in sight and frightening the birds away.

No matter. She's the kind of kid who seems able to create peaceful moments, both with a camera and without, wherever she is.

Your turn: Making peace where there is none. Please discuss.

If flowers have to have a hierarchy of desirability, I'm going to go out on a limb and say roses top the list.

Wouldn't you?

Part 16 - Rochester, NY - Magickal Midtown Plaza

Signs of demonic dominion and ceremonial magick appear in concrete form, expressed in the tangible art and architecture of a region. The signs also appear in abstract or intangible form, expressed through the events and literature produced under it's influence. When reading what others have written about Rochester, NY and its celebrated Midtown Plaza and "Clock of Nations" you will discover the occasional instance of allusion to the enchantment of Babylon. I'll present a few examples here, to be followed (Lord willing) by one in particular that was highlighted to me in very dramatic way.

"Older Rochesterians often remember the downtown of the 1950s as a magical place." ([PDF] The Life and Times of Midtown Plaza by Karen McCally, Ph.D. - Rochester History (Magazine) - A Publication of the Central Library of Rochester and Monroe County and the Rochester Historical Society)

"As a centerpiece he ordered a big central clock (Meet me under the clock) that contains puppetry: every half-hour, shoppers see a little "show" keyed to the folkways of a different nation. Midtown's overall effect, says one entranced lady shopper, "is that it's glamorous. You can get all gussied up and have lunch downtown and make a real shopping spree out of it." (Time Magazine - The City: Filling the Doughnut - Friday, Apr. 20, 1962) The word "entranced" means, "To put into a trance."

"The final Christmas season at Midtown Plaza took place in 2007. A 40-foot Douglas Fir was donated to the mall by Dave Manioci, Midtown's Chief Engineer. A tribute to Midtown took place on December 1, 2007, which attracted thousands of people from Rochester, NY and the surrounding areas to what was called "a magical event." ... On July 29, 2008 Midtown Plaza closed its doors to the public for the last time, as scheduled." (Midtown Plaza (Rochester) Wikipedia)

This kind of colorful language isn't uncommon, and, normally, the use of such descriptive words doesn't suggest that we should take them literally, yet, knowing what I've been presenting in this series, there does seem to be the perception of a genuine supernatural dynamic, a "vibe," if you will. Such a perception has been the testimony of some who have contacted me recently in response to this blog series. This perception is what I want to highlight here as an evidence of the spiritual condition.

I'm going to draw attention to the language used in a promo from 1963, introduced a couple posts back. You can watch it again, if you like, but I'll be quoting from it so there's no real need. In some contexts, the embedded video below might not appear. You can always use this link Midtown Plaza Mall (1963) to launch it on YouTube.

That promo's narrative begins: "Meet me at the "Clock of the Nations" in Midtown Plaza, Rochester, NY, where each passing hour is gaily saluted in the carnival spirit that is universal with people everywhere, and I'll acquaint you with *" (* As a substitute for saying these words, there's a musical fanfare with the words "Rochester a city of quality" appearing as though "Rochester" is ascending.)

OK. Someone with "carnival spirit" is literally a candidate for exorcism. (See here, where the same carnival spirit is leveraged in this occult Olympic ceremony.) Sadly, it is almost "universal with people everywhere." Note that this is what's identified with the regular action of the clockworks.

The image here is of Anton LaVey, founder of the Church of Satan, seated in front of his calliope. Before founding the church he played it professionally at carnivals.

In the last minute or so of the promo you'll hear the narrator say these words. "Midtown Plaza is simply the most dramatic ingredient of the Rochester recipe for good living. There are thousands more, maybe not so fancy, but, certainly just as important as the song and dance of our fabled timepiece. In Rochester, even these marionettes have "Genesee Fever." They perform every hour, on the half-hour too, in the carnival spirit that is the timeless magic of the marketplace since cities began. A delight to the children, an intriguing interlude to shoppers and visitors from all over the world."

Reading between the lines, reference is made to Midtown Plaza's role in Rochester, NY's pharmakeia as "the most dramatic ingredient of the Rochester recipe." The word "recipe" relates to the ubiquitous pharmaceutical prescription symbol. "Rx is an abbreviation for the Latin word 'recipere' or 'recipe,' which means 'Take, thou.'" (What does the pharmacist's symbol "Rx" mean?) (Revelation 18:23 - "...for by thy sorceries (pharmakeia, drug spells or enchantments) were all nations deceived.")

"...the song and dance of our fabled timepiece." As an idiomatic expression, a "song and dance" is a deceptive ploy intended to mislead. Musical spells are another form of pharmakeia. Interpret this as a hint that the clock is simply not what it appears to be.

In what way was the newly commissioned and installed timepiece "fabled"? If you consider the variety of meanings of the word it seems that other definitions beyond what might have first come to mind may be more appropriate.

Reading between the lines of these two sentences is revealing! "In Rochester, even these marionettes have "Genesee Fever." They perform every hour, on the half-hour too, in the carnival spirit that is the timeless magic of the marketplace since cities began." When you read, "in the carnival spirit that is the timeless magic of the marketplace since cities began", well, this just has mystery Babylon written all over it! This supernatural dynamic is explicitly  associated with the animated marionettes, which are "unhidden" and perform for one rotation/orbit of the clock every half hour.

The name given to this particular spirit is regional, "Genesee Fever." Historically, this term referred to both a malaria-like sickness and something akin to "gold rush fever."

"Genesee Fever" was a malaria-like sickness infamously associated with the area. The first settlement in what would become known as Rochester was called King's Landing. Founded in 1796-97 on the Genesee River, this was where the first American schooner on the Great Lakes was built. In 1803, its population was nearly wiped out by the fever and subsequently abandoned. In 1809, the tract was resettled as Hansford's Landing, then abandoned in 1816 after many contracted the fever and died.

The expression "Genesee Fever" was also used to refer to the large scale migration of people from New England to Upstate New York in the 1790s. (New England's Migration Fever: The Expansion of America - Ancestry Magazine - July/August 2000)

The civic-minded (think Cain and Nimrod) marketing copy writer(s) dubbed the local enchantments of Mystery Babylon, "Genesee Fever." Is the infectious motivational spirit attributed to the animated marionettes of Midtown Plaza's "Clock of Nations" like what I've described as the effect of Hermes' caduceus wand? Is this the magick of "Rochester General" or the prince of Rochester?

The signs of demonic dominion and ceremonial magick appear in concrete form expressed in the tangible art and architecture of a region. The signs also appear in abstract or intangible form, expressed through the events and literature produced under it's influence.

More coming, Lord willing!

Published - Intel, McAfee and you

Last week, fate tickled me happily with a pretty big journalistic break: My first byline for The Toronto Star. I wrote about it here.

Fate's still working for me, apparently, as the Star published another article of mine - Why Intel's deal for McAfee will shake the laptop landscape - in today's edition. It's the lead article in the Business section, which is pretty neat.

I'm liking this.

Flowers ate my kitchen table

If you ask my wife, I don't bring flowers home nearly as often as I should. She's right. She deserves more frequent, tangible expressions of how I feel about her. It's never enough to assume your partner just knows: You've got to be obvious about it in obvious ways - like bringing flowers home just because you felt like it - as well as less obvious ones. At once, it's a subtle and none-too-subtle form of non-verbal communication that way too many people seem to misunderstand. Or not understand entirely.

When I do bring flowers home, I try my best to capture them in their pre-tossed-into-the-garbage state. They're perfect for such a brief amount of time that you either commit them to memory immediately or lose their loveliness forever. And since our south-facing kitchen gives us such perfect morning sun, it's common for me to interrupt breakfast for a quick floral-themed (or jam, or...) photo session.

There's method to my madness, as it's difficult for my wife to shut me down when the subject matter is a bouquet I brought home for her. At least that's the way my ham-fisted man's logic sees it.

Your turn: Why are gifts of flowers so important to so many? (Note: this question is targeted at folks of any gender.)

Part 15 - Rochester, NY - Midtown Plaza - The Pride of the City

When Midtown Plaza was dedicated in April, 1962, the Rochester, NY landmark idol of Mercury / Hermes had already been warehoused for around 11 years, since 1951. While such monuments as the cherubic "Wings of Progress" had continued to declare dominion over the city, it would be about another 11 years before Hermes would be restored to the heights above the city. Was the city enjoying a season of release from demonic oppression, having torn down a pagan high place? Had its "priests" been removed from the land in classic acts of obedience characterizing repentance? No. There seems to be no evidence that anyone had come walking in the footsteps of Charles G. Finney. At the dedication of Midtown Plaza, the celebrated symbol of the pride of Babylon, the city's novel center of public commerce with its "fabled timepiece" stood 18 stories proud, signaling with a 6+6+6 where honor was to be given.

That all was not right with the place is pretty clear to me now, being better able to interpret the cryptic symbols and grasp their real meaning. Until recently, however, it was for me like many others, who couldn't really put their finger on what it was about the place that was unsettling.

Lacking features that made it stand out in the skyline, the mall had something else to offer the gods of the region and those who blindly worship them. The "Clock of Nations" in the plaza's ground floor atrium was the featured attraction, but there was also a fountain nearby, into which shoppers and passers by would toss the occasional coin, and a monorail train that circulated inside the atrium, a kiddie ride.

As a young boy I remember feeling awe as I would consider just how many coins could be seen in the fountain pool. While I don't recall putting any stock in the wishing part, I do remember feeling compelled to ask my Mom for a coin and pitch it in. Here, like as with the airport's Nephilim "gene pool", the coins tossed into the water are actually sacrifices and prayers offered to the gods in the water. From the spiritual perspective, the fountain was designed and built at Midtown for the sake of ritual magick, for the enchantments of divine fertility as the favors of the resident phallic god of commerce were traded. Recruitment for the coming Beast and his mark is the operative influence of every such fountain or pool.

Another featured attraction at Midtown was a monorail train, a children's ride. At some point, the train's decorative theme became recognizably magical, featuring celestial objects like you might expect on a Merlinesque Disney ride. While the clock and fountain didn't appear overtly occult or magical, when they applied the theme pictured here to the monorail it was less hidden. I don't know when it was that the celestial theme was applied, but in 1977, the time had come for Midtown Plaza to experience a pagan temple reveal!

A 26 foot totem pole was carved on-site by "First Nations" artists, commissioned to celebrate the 15th anniversary of Midtown Plaza. This pagan idol is a goddess (Nephilim), on top of which is a male Nephilim, on top of which is an owl, a watcher.

Excerpting an interview of one of the artists, "Of the totem poles that lie at the heart of Northwest Coast art, Harris has said, "They are our deeds to the land. They serve as witnesses to the encounter of our ancestors with the supernatural beings who control all the fish, animals and plants in our world. They are our charter of rights from time immemorial." The totem poles that stood like sentinels at the centre of each Gitxsan village carried images of the encounters of the ancestors with the powerful spirits of the land. Figures of humans and animals were carved into the living trees as boundary markers." (Totem Pole by Walter Harris & Art Sterrit)

Hmmmmm. Right. Is it just me, or does this all seem rather familiar?

The totem pole at Midtown Plaza was established at the boundary that is the city center crossroads of commerce as a marker and a sentinel. It was everything the chief said it was.

The Nephilim idol was placed at this major crossroads with the clock, a fountain and vehicles that appear to travel through the heavens. Now, think in terms of the provision of continuity for ritual magick. Midtown Plaza was shut down in 2008, decommissioned, but these same elements now appear at another boundary where commerce and dining are featured and crowds of people pass through - at the Greater Rochester International Airport! The "Clock of Nations" provides for physical continuity from one place to the next. Midtown's fountain and totem pole elements have been combined in "The Council" pool. The elevated monorail cars with their "celestial object" decor have been replaced by small aircraft. The magick continues!

More insight into Rochester, NY's Midtown Plaza totem pole can be gleaned from the following excerpt.

"The twenty-six foot tall hand-carved totem pole is located at Midtown Plaza in Downtown Rochester, and was originally commissioned in the late 1970s to celebrate the fifteenth anniversary of Midtown Plaza’s opening. Walter Harris and Art Sterrit, two native North American craftsmen of the Gitksan tribe from ‘Ksan in British Columbia, carved the totem pole. It was raised at a public ceremony in April 1977, and has since become a Rochester landmark. The totem pole will be removed from its current location and installed at the Seneca Park Zoo by County Parks Department staff before the demolition of Midtown Plaza. “The Midtown Plaza totem pole is a cherished piece of our community’s history,” said County Executive Maggie Brooks. “Not only was the totem pole created to commemorate the fifteenth anniversary of Midtown Plaza, but its symbols and subject matter relate to Rochester’s history as well. The County is grateful for this generous donation from Midtown Rochester Properties because by permanently displaying the artwork at the Seneca Park Zoo, Monroe County residents and visitors to our area will be able to enjoy the totem pole and learn from it for years to come.”" (County to Display Midtown Totem Pole at Zoo)

Maggie expressed her insight that, "its symbols and subject matter relate to Rochester’s history as well." Was she referring to the history marked from when idol was erected with a subsequent curse of idolatry, or could she have been referring to a curse that was already well established in the land, whose demonic agencies influenced the commission, design and making of the idol? I can't say, but I can say that referring to it as "a cherished piece of our community’s history," was not - most definitely not acknowledging a good thing!

Diverse witnesses testify that the ancient gods hold sway over Rochester, NY. For our protection, our Creator commands us (Exodus 20) not to make graven images, but rebellious disobedience has brought us into bondage. Midtown Plaza and its featured objects, especially the "Clock of Nations" now relocated to the airport, have to be considered for their roles in bringing the area's residents and visiters under the spells of antichrist delusion. Such objects leverage the knowledge and wisdom of the fallen ancients to bend the backs of their prey in service to those whose dominion has been invited and legally established by the acceptance of their magickal devices.

The idols exalted over and embedded into the "art" and architecture of the city express visually the greater spiritual reality. The occultist's operative Hermetic Maxim expressed as "As above, so below" is a form of expression of a profound truth declared in the Bible, that the sovereign God made the natural to bear witness to the greater supernatural. (Romans 1:20 YLT - "for the invisible things of Him from the creation of the world, by the things made being understood, are plainly seen, both His eternal power and Godhead...")

18) For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
19) Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
20) For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
21) Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
22) Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
23) And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24) Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
25) Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
Romans 1:18-25

The Color Purple

By the side of the road

We often think of flowers as delicate things that live behind glass, whose purpose in life is to be purchased and brought home for a special occasion. Yet long before florists with state-of-the-art air conditioned display units dotted the urban landscape, I'm thinking Mother Nature knew a thing or two about painting the landscape with stunning color.

So the next time you find yourself in a desolate corner of the city and come across a riot of color in an otherwise abandoned field, I hope you'll take the time to record it in some way. Because beauty happens where we least expect it.

Your turn: Beauty in a surprising place. Please discuss.

Thematic Photographic 112 - Flowers

Natural sculpture
Thornhill, ON, August 2010
[Click photo to enlarge]

I've been shooting flowers for almost as long as I've been shooting at all. They stay in one place, they don't talk back, and they let you linger for as long as you need to get the shot. I've accumulated enough pictures of these delightfully ornate examples of Mother Nature's artistry that I thought it might be neat to share 'em for a week. Hence, this week's Thematic Photographic theme, flowers (I know, such a surprise.)

Your turn: Thematic Photographic is our weekly photo sharing extravaganza. It's actually quite simple. Just post a flower-themed pic over at your place. Come on back here and leave the link in a comment. Click over to other participants to share the wealth. Rules are here. All Thematic-themed entries are here. Wagering is strongly frowned on, but simple enjoyment is majorly encouraged.

New hands-free nav alternative?

So this big Ontario hands-free law has been in effect for almost a year, and I still see squillions of distracted drivers yakking away on their handsets when they really should be focusing on keeping their vehicles from turning me into a hood ornament. I'm just that deluded to believe that I'm that important. Yet after a local cyclist was sent to hospital with life threatening injuries this morning after being flattened by a car on a stretch of road I often ride, I'm inclined to feel more than a little anxious that a law that's supposed to protect the rest of us doesn't seem to be working.

Which brings me to this rather facetious photographic moment. I was doing a radio interview from my car. (Long story short, I do radio here because a car makes a wonderful makeshift studio, devoid of barking dogs and pattering feet.) When I got off-air, I absent-mindedly plopped my netbook on top of the dash and snapped this admittedly lame shot with my BlackBerry. At first, I laughed. Then I realized it was anything but funny. For a brief and horrifying moment, I realized there's probably at least one person out there who would actually use a netbook or laptop as an improvised GPS device. Think about it: "But honey, it's got a 10-inch screen!"

There's always one. And that's the problem in a society where we trust others to do the right thing. As soon as one of us fails to uphold our end of the bargain, innocents suffer. This may be a funny-themed photo from my safely parked car, but I fear the moment when my path crosses with someone who just doesn't appreciate the difference.

The injured cyclist's name is Patricia Stacey, and the idiot who hit her has been charged. Thankfully, her condition was upgraded, and I hope you'll join me in praying for her complete recovery. And that her experience snaps the rest of us into rapt attention the next time we turn the key and back our cars - without netbooks on the dash or phones pressed to our ears - out of the driveway.

Your turn: What are you doing to cut the risk of distracted driving?

Part 14 - Rochester, NY - Midtown Plaza - the heart of the city

The Rochester, NY landmark "Clock of Nations" sits at the airport in the context of some highly symbolic and supernaturally potent occult objects. Because it's situation is supposed to be temporary one might argue that it doesn't really belong there, but it does. When you consider what's being presented in the next few posts I think you'll agree. Beyond the 2012 signaling discussed in part 13, researching this timepiece turns up some interesting findings (and one that's really bizarre) that suggests it funtions as a legacy portal, working spells of witchcraft in conjunction with those of the Nephilim gateway portal, and, of course, the High Falls gateway portal.

I mentioned in an earlier post that this clock is a landmark timepiece that's been relocated here from its former home in the very heart of Rochester. I remember watching the "Clock of the Nations" at Midtown Plaza as a boy. It seemed curious and creepy. It features animated marionettes, which I always find creepy. Plus, I was a small town boy on a rare trip to the big city, which of itself was always rather intimidating and creepy. It's that former home, Midtown Plaza, that is the real focus of this post so the meaningful context is known.

I discovered an excellent resource to present here that will provide a vivid witness - a vintage promotional movie. Before you watch it I want to prepare you. In this series I've presented Rochester, NY as a model Babylon, the second largest economy in the Empire State with indications of supernatural ties to the first, and as a city ruled over by Hermes, the god of commerce who mazes the eyes with his magick wand. I recommend being caught up on reading this series and also taking a moment to read Revelation 17 and 18 at least once before you watch the video. (For "extra credit," spend a few hours/months considering Revelation 17 & 18 - An interactive presentation of its thematic structure, one of my pet projects. )

One last thing. If you have fond memories of the clock, continuing here will probably ruin it for you. If you think I'm going to apologize for that, no, there will be no apology for interrupting spells of enchantment. Being grounded in reality and discipled by the Truth who sets us free indeed is always best!

In some contexts, the embedded video below might not appear. You can always use this link Midtown Plaza Mall (1963) to launch it on YouTube.

There it is! Rochester, NY and its featured Midtown Plaza with its featured "Clock of Nations" - the pride of Babylon! I've dedicated a few posts already to the Rochester-as-Babylon theme, and the Jam Handy production really gives that some emphasis. I'm still shaking my head. Wow. Did you notice how the presentation featured the "Clock of Nations" as its centerpiece?

This wasn't hidden away as Rochester's little secret. The launch of this model marketplace with its "fabled timepiece" was news on the national and even international level. The following excerpt from the current Wikipedia entry suggests how important this particular marketplace was in the advancement of the great city Babylon.

"Designed by Victor Gruen, Midtown Plaza was dedicated on April 10, 1962 as the first downtown indoor mall in the United States. The first enclosed shopping center had been Southdale Center in suburban Minneapolis in 1956, also designed by Gruen. The idea for this mall started with discussions between Gilbert J.C. McCurdy, owner of the McCurdy's department stores and Maurice F. Forman, owner of the B. Forman Co. department stores. At that time strip plazas were growing in popularity. Though both owners had opened branch stores they were concerned about Downtown Rochester's viability and came up with the idea of an indoor shopping center. Gruen was at the height of his influence when Midtown was completed and the project attracted international attention, including a nationally televised feature report on NBC-TV's Huntley-Brinkley newscast the night of its opening in April 1962. City officials and planners from around the globe came to see Gruen's solution to the mid-century urban crisis. Midtown won several design awards." (Midtown Plaza (Rochester) Wikipedia)

It's not just commerce itself but commerce in the city center as the focus of popular attention that's being highlighted here. In the promotional movie, the Wikipedia page and other articles and blogs, we're drawn in by the language and tone without pause to consider whether or not a "solution to the mid-century urban crisis" should have been desired. If folks want to leave a city to shop or eat or work or play, is that really a bad thing? Who is so concerned about keeping people and their commerce in the heart of the city, and why?

I submit to you that Satan cares about keeping people in the city. He herds men together in cities to rebel against the true and living God. His monuments and high places and seats of power are generally found in the dense population centers. The main Mystery Babylon identity is that of a great merchant city filled with music, industry and enchantments.

21) And a mighty angel took up a stone like a great millstone, and cast it into the sea, saying, Thus with violence shall that great city Babylon be thrown down, and shall be found no more at all.
22) And the voice of harpers, and musicians, and of pipers, and trumpeters, shall be heard no more at all in thee; and no craftsman, of whatsoever craft he be, shall be found any more in thee; and the sound of a millstone shall be heard no more at all in thee;
23) And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

Revelation 18:21-23

Satan has legal domains of authority in the earth, with places like Rochester, NY staffed by high ranking authorities. He has magical inducements and portals established in key locations exerting powerful controlling influence. He's not stupid. Have you seen what you've been looking at in these posts? He leverages his investments in densely populated and well traveled areas. He camps at the crossroads of commerce to entice, ensnare and enslave.

The first occurance of the word "city" in the Bible is found in Genesis chapter 4.

16) And Cain went out from the presence of the LORD, and dwelt in the land of Nod, on the east of Eden.
17) And Cain knew his wife; and she conceived, and bare Enoch: and he builded a city, and called the name of the city, after the name of his son, Enoch.

Genesis 4:16-17

Cain, conceived in the Garden of Eden of the serpent tree, slew Adam's first-born Abel. Then, he was marked by God and, departing from His presence, built the first city. How likely is it that the result of his effort was a good thing? Check the further biblical record. The next occurrence is found in chapter 10.

8) And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
9) He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.
10) And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
11) Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,
12) And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.

Genesis 10:8-12

Do you understand about Nimrod? He began to be a "mighty one", a "gibbowr" in the earth. This is the same word translated "mighty" in verse 9 and "mighty men" in Genesis 6:4.

4) There were giants in the earth in those days; and also after that, when the sons of God came in unto the daughters of men, and they bare children to them, the same became mighty men which were of old, men of renown.
5) And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.

Genesis 6:4-5

When the true God does a city (ie. the New Jerusalem) that's going to be very good. Until then, merchant cities are going to make merchandise of men. The serpent tree agenda motivates those who concern themselves with such as a "solution to the mid-century urban crisis." Recognize the sales pitch of the hawkers who are really after your soul. Don't buy in to their scheme! The urban centers of commerce are the control centers for the great city Babylon. If this offends you, it must be said that the work of taking people out of Babylon is secondary to the work of taking Babylon out of people. Every knee shall bow..., so let's just do it now.

When you watched the promotional movie from 1963, did you make note of the sponsor? "Sponsored by ROCHESTER GAS AND ELECTRIC CORPORATION As a Public Service to the Community" There's a parable here in that the promotion of the great city Babylon is sponsored by a utility, a power company. It is a power merchant. RG&E supplies power to the city like the blood stream supplies life to the cells of the body. In severe winter weather, this utility literally controls the city, having the power of life over its dependent residents. Some of you know there is more to the public utility concern than meets the eye.

While putting this post together I came across this image of the Midtown Plaza sign. It says a lot. "OWN" "Come in and get OWNED!" I found the image on "The Moderate Urban Champion" page A Treatise on Midtown Plaza. When I selected some text I unwittingly triggered his secret hidden commerce mechanism, popping up this Babylon 8 page. Cha-ching! (The sound of the cash register as funds are literally transferred from Babylon to his account as a reward for the deceptive delivery of the targeted inducement to buy in to Babylon.) Hmmmmm. Is there a message here somewhere?

What's that? The clock? Oh, yeah - getting to that. Lord willing.

Happy feet

A spring in his step
London, ON, August 2010

There must be an unwritten rule that dictates that children can get away with a lot more than adults when it comes to what they wear. As an example, I present our son's flip flops. Only the most self-confident adult - especially a guy - would wear something like this in public. Yet for our son, it's a perfect extension of his sunny personality. When he puts them on, he practically skips through the rest of his day. I don't know about you, but it's been a while since I saw an adult do anything remotely skippy-like.

I'm beginning to think these rules need a bit of a rewrite. Maybe we'd all be happier if we wore stuff like this. Maybe we'd skip a bit more.

Your turn: Would you wear these? Do tell!

One more thing: Thematic Photographic continues to explore this week's theme, kids. Head this way to share your own.

What does the number Twenty-One mean? (plus, some news links)

At the time of this posting, a web search for the symbolic meaning of the number twenty-one reveals how the content scanned fails to return results with a very important signification. Here are examples of some "time" facets of the number 21. I also make some observations related to recent posts.

The number 21 suggests "time."

The angel's coming to Daniel was delayed by the Prince of Persia for 21 days. Daniel 10:13

Jacob worked 3 x 7 or 21 years for Laban to obtain two wives and two maidservants, through whom were brought forth the promised sons of Israel that are so pivotal in the history of man. Genesis 29:15-30

By reason of those two passages, the number twenty-one speaks of a full limit of time.

21 = 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 Relative to the six days of creation, twenty-one equates to a work week sum.

In America today, when a person reaches the age of 21 they are legally an adult, recognized as having attained full maturity.

Because 21 = 3x7, with 3 as a resurrection number and 7 as the most basic and seemingly "arbitrary" (unrelated to celestial movement) cycle of time, the product of 3x7 can speak of resurrecting time in endless cycles, eternally.

Applying the summing function to the number 21: 2+1=3 Three is the biblical number for resurrection and, probably, the number of DNA strands in an immortal body (and its counterfeit).

It's claimed that twenty-one appearances are recorded in the Bible of Jesus appearing in his resurrection body to his apostles and others, testifying to the reality of His resurrection.

Jesus was 12 (following his bar mitzvah as an illegitimate) when he was first recorded as being about the business of his Father. Twenty-one years later, he fulfilled this "earthly body-temple" ministry when he gave up this life at the age of 33. Matthew 26:18: And He said, "Go into the city to a certain man, and say to him, 'The Teacher says, "My time is near; I am to keep the Passover at your house with My disciples."

The Hebrew word Cheled (that means age, duration of life, the world) has a gematria of 42, which is 21x2.

Del Washburn's book Theomatics II is not one I can recommend due to the author's conclusions. As a source for data-mining I find it useful on occasion. These features were discovered within.

Isa 63:13 YOUR NAME IS FROM EVERLASTING 21 x 26 (546)
Hab 1:12 FROM EVERLASTING, O JEHOVAH 21 x 10 (210)

According to the occult philosopher Claude of Saint-Martin ( aka the "unknown philosopher" - Louis Claude de Saint Martin (1743-1803)), "the number 21 is the number of destruction or rather of universal termination, because, as 2 is separated from 1, it is necessary that it has a means of to unite there if it wants it. This number shows at the same time the command of the production of things and their end, as well in the spiritual one as in the corporal one."

A wide variety of explanations are offered for the tradition of the 21 gun salute. There is agree that it began as a signaling between naval vessels and fortifications on land. These salutes are fired in three volleys of 7 guns. Quoting from the U.S. ARMY CENTER OF MILITARY HISTORY site, What is the origin of the 21-gun salute: "The multiple of three probably was chosen because of the mystical significance of the number three in many ancient civilizations." On that page you'll also read: "In 1842, the Presidential salute was formally established at 21 guns. In 1890, regulations designated the "national salute" as 21 guns... Today the national salute of 21 guns is fired in honor of a national flag, the sovereign or chief of state of a foreign nation, a member of a reigning royal family, and the President, ex-President and President-elect of the United States. It is also fired at noon of the day of the funeral of a President, ex-President, or President-elect."

Some observations:

In the year 1797, which is 1776 + 21, the first ship of the United States Navy, the frigate USS UNITED STATES, was commissioned. On the 21st of October that same year, the United States Navy frigate USS Constitution was launched in Boston Harbor on a mission to fight Barbary pirates off the coast of Tripoli. On March 4 of that year, John Adams was sworn in as the 2nd President of the United States of America.

You may note that as a man reaches full stature at 21 and is recognized as an adult, on the only date expressing a command ("March Forth"), this country named with 21 characters (United States of America) and considered by Francis Bacon and many other students of esoteric wisdom as the new Atlantis marches forth in the 21st numbered year in a new administration lead by Adams. (as from the garden of Eden?)

In the year 2012, when the 13 Mayan Katun cycles represented in the steps of the Great Seal's pyramid and the 21 years from the celestial signpost of 1991 are fulfilled, there may come something resembling a 21 gun salute. George Washington famously prophesied of our day.

I-Dosing: Digital Drugs and Binaural Beats
"In 1839, Heinrich Wilhelm Dove discovered that two constant tones, played at slightly different frequencies in each ear, cause the listener to perceive the sound of a fast-paced beat. Calling this phenomenon "binaural beats," Dove helped launch two centuries of legitimate research ... Binaural beat therapy has been used in clinical settings to research hearing and sleep cycles, to induce various brain wave states, and treat anxiety.

But there are more controversial (dare I say dubious?) claims associated with binaural beats: Increased dopamine and beta-endorphin production, faster learning rates, improved sleep cycles, and yes, if you dig around less scientific communities like, oh, MySpace and YouTube, you'll find kids telling each other that 'dude, those beats get you like totally high.'"

Part 13 - Rochester, NY - The Airport's 2012 Signals

As I suggested in the previous post, the featured exhibits at the Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC) are like a "connect the dots" puzzle, drawing the helpful picture of our present circumstance in these last days for those with eyes that see. In this post I'll expand a little on the time element introduced through having the "Clock of Nations" presently located in the airport's Observatory Area planned for relocation. I'll also offer some comments about 2012 and its significance.

The date/time features concealed at the airport relate in some way to the cryptic warning on the roundabout ledge, "FOR WHATEVER HAPPENS TO THE ANIMALS WILL HAPPEN SOON ALSO TO HUMAN BEINGS." The "animals" pictured in "The Council" have a very personal desire for revenge. Tom Horn's insightful research suggests that for nearly 4900 years the Nephilim have awaited their release, appointed for the execution of judgment in the earth. The expectation Tom expressed during the summer of 2009 was that it could well be any day now. How soon is the scheduled revenge of the Nephilim?

The planned relocation of the "Clock of Nations" calls the year 2012 to our particular attention. This is a pivotal year that's also identified by the amazing series of biblical insights and signs in the heavens and signs in the earth that I've been led to explore for the last 20 years. Is that the year appointed for the release of the Nephilim? I think not, but rather that a threshold will be crossed in 2012 that will make their soon release apparent. I'll elaborate shortly.

Before I move the focus away from the magickal roundabout gateway I want to log an observation about how the "The Council" roundabout very specially features both venues through which the mark of the Beast will come. I already pointed out the health care sector featured in the Rochester General backdrop. That compares to NCR.com's first panel. NCR.com's second panel illustrates the mark's introduction in the financial sector. "Would you like to experience a new world of banking?" This is what the coins tossed in the magick wishing well represent, where the favors of the gods are bought and sold with symbolic Federal Reserve tokens.

These elements are peripheral to the exhibit but, think about it - as such, the situation speaks of these as the two venues of interaction with the exhibit and beyond that with its beast-gods! The health care and financial sectors will surely provide the portals of interactive access linking the mortals to the immortal gods and binding them together. The elements representing both of these venues boldly witness to the characteristic triple-helix DNA features, the health care imagery with its stylized triquetra logo and the 23/13 "chromosome package of the Beast" signaling coins.

Now, the coins minted by the Federal Reserve are actually stamped with 23, 13 and 21 features. As I began to present in the previous post, just like how the 21 is the count to 2012 from the signpost of 1991, the 13 is the count to 2012 from the signpost of 1776. Tom Horn highlighted this in "Apollyon Rising 2012," illustrating this through the Mayan Katun cycles of ~19.7 year length that are represented in the esoteric Great Seal pyramid.

The thirteen steps rise from 1776 at the base to 2012 at the top, over which the glowing eye and capstone appears that awaits the appointed season during which it will be set in place. This 13 feature of the coins thus compares to the 21 feature; both, counters. The Federal Reserve conceals esoteric knowledge in its notes and in its coins that relates to who, what and when.

Remember, the pyramid is a featured part of the airport context, presented in stained glass as "The Monument" through which the Sun lights the passing travelers.

The year 1776 was appointed for a key transition long before it arrived. The year 2012, likewise. Wisdom dictates that we take the well established historical record into account as we anticipate the arrival of 2012. Adding the signaling of the "Clock of Nations" planned relocation in 2012 to the upcoming London Olympics signs, the Mayan calendar's prophetic witness, the count of Katuns on the Great Seal's pyramid and the countdown from the celestial sign of 1991 (with the validating "three things and then four" signs), the sum total of pointers signaling an epoch should really have our rapt attention!

Will a flood of Nephilim be released in 2012? What I've come to expect in consideration of these signs is worth mentioning again. I'm convinced that very key transitional events are appointed for fulfillment a short span after 2012, in the spring of 2015, and I have relatively little insight about what marks the beginning of the Shemittah in 2012. At the present time, it seems unlikely to me that a flood of Nephilim will be manifested in 2012. In the spring of 2015, when I believe the lawless one will be revealed as the Beast arising out of the sea, such a manifestation may accompany the great tribulation initiated at that time. As I understand the progression of things, it won't be a very long interval between when the Beast appears and the mark is implemented by the second beast. I believe it has to be fully manifested in the seventh year, 2018-2019.

I don't know everything. I've been wrong before. I'm ever mindful of how many twists and turns this path I'm on has taken. I sure don't want to give a presumptuous testimony, and I sure don't want to withhold from you what I believe the holy spirit is calling me to testify about these things. It can seem easier to try to avoid risk. It gives the illusion of safety. What I'm doing here in this blog and on theopenscroll.com is not "me" trying to be safe. It's "me" trying to be faithful to what the Lord has done and is doing. He continues to encourage me along the way. He continues to pour His life out for you and for me. Honor Him, with your life, won't you?

If I wake up tomorrow and the Lord wills, this will be continued!

That happy glow

About this photo: It's Thematic Photographic's kids week. Deep down, you know you want to share your own. We'd be tickled if you did. Just click here.
At a certain age, birthdays cease to be occasions of pure joy filled with limitless hope for the future. Someday, the parties will stop - or become less frequent - and the completion of another spin around our solar system's star will be less about being the center of your family's attention and more about wondering how many years you have left.

Yes, I'm pessimistic that way. But on this day, as our youngest son turned 10, none of that mattered. He hasn't reached that transition point yet, and if we have anything to do with it, it'll be many years before he does.

At this particular moment, he sat at the kitchen table, his mother fawning all over him, his brother and sister hovering nearby, waiting for the cake to be cut and shared. The dog wandered around under the table, hoping for a castoff or two. Grandparents were called. Kisses and hugs were shared. Our wish to slow down time for just a little bit once again went unheeded.

It's hard being a parent. There aren't enough moments like this to cushion the worry that every parent holds about the future. So when they do indeed occur, we do everything we can to hold onto them. And to remind our kids that nothing matters more than the family that surrounds you and is there for you whether you're celebrating a happy or a not-so-happy milestone.

I hope he knows he'll always be surrounded, no matter what the day may bring.

Your turn: What is he wishing for? What are you wishing for?

Part 12 - Rochester, NY - The Airport - Money talks of Babylon Time

Here's a recommended audio series byTom Horn and Steve Quayle:

Transhumanism...One Tom Horn and Steve Quayle
Transhumanism...Two Tom Horn and Steve Quayle
Transhumanism...Three Tom Horn and Steve Quayle

The coins in the Nephilim gene pool and the quote from Chief Seattle on its ledge are as dots to connect in the networked scheme as we focus on the thread of time. This critically important time thread finds a major junction "dot" in the featured "Clock of Nations" in the airport's Observatory Area. This opens up some very interesting insights! The following is excerpted from the closing segment of part 11.

"The Council" pictures the spirits of the Nephilim being released from their prison where they have been bound under chains of darkness. The sentence of seventy generations duration for what was done prior to the flood of Noah's day having been served, the day has come for carrying out the appointed judgment in the earth. They rise out of the bottomless pit, the watery abyss, incarnating into freshly prepared bodies. Those on earth who pitch their 23/13 into the gene pool donate their souls to the cause and their bodies are duly recycled. Cha-ching! Doubt it? Open your eyes and look around.

WHAT ARE HUMAN BEINGS WITHOUT ANIMALS?
IF ALL THE ANIMALS CEASED TO EXIST,
HUMAN BEINGS WOULD DIE OF A GREAT LONELINESS OF THE SPIRIT.
FOR WHATEVER HAPPENS TO THE ANIMALS
WILL HAPPEN SOON ALSO TO HUMAN BEINGS.
...ALL THINGS CONNECT

CHIEF SEATTLE

Interpretation key:
human being: daughters of men - the "Adam tree"
animals: sons of god - the "serpent tree"
"What happened to us at the great flood will happen soon to you. As we were disembodied and imprisoned, now we will disembody and imprison you. What comes around goes around."
(end of excerpt)

Chief Seattle was channeling a familiar spirit, probably while in the Shamanic realm. The coded message he brought forth as a medium (an inter-dimensional communications portal) relates to the testimony recorded in the twenty-fourth chapter of Matthew.

37) But as the days of Noah were, so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.
38) For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark,
39) And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be.

Matthew 24:37-39

The Watchers and Nephilim giants (Genesis 6) were responsible for the judgment of the flood. They were all "taken away." With their bodies destroyed, their disembodied nature was bound for an season. This is personal. Soon, their release will with brutal violence accomplish the Sovereign God's purposes of judgment in the earth. They have been appointed for release in a season that can aptly be described as "the revenge of the Nephilim." This explains the testimony of Chief Seattle.

If this seems very familiar, you may have read this same exact thing expressed in what the Lord revealed to me about the symbolic ceremonies closing the 2008 Beijing Olympics. Have I mentioned how these independent witnesses bear the same message, each validating the others through multiplied layers of redundancy?

The following paragraphs are excerpted from Olympic Ceremony Symbolism - Part Eight.

"What we see pictured in the Olympic signs is a coming season of "raining soccer balls from heaven," creating a flood that will destroy the seed of the true God as inherited from Adam and Noah. The soccer ball is the dragon's seed, which will join with willing hosts. The pattern for this comes from the biblical account of Noah's day, and also from the season of Adam and Eve's interaction with the serpent and subsequent heritage of Eve's firstborn, Cain. This new condition will be as though one were impregnated with the dragon's seed, making literal physical hosts for his agents in the hierarchy of the spirit of antichrist. The Chinese presentation of the "Memory Tower" as the DNA/Tower of Babel gateway between the natural and supernatural, between the flesh and the spirit, is a vivid witness testifying of the same. To perceive this reality is to understand the flood of Noah's day on a deep level, acknowledging the role the Nephilim played in that judgment. To perceive this reality is to see the motives of those involved in cloning and transgenics. Stargates are not mere sci-fi but real and significant portals for the stars of heaven that will facilitate the completion of their appointed work."

"Excerpted from part Seven: Those who commissioned the Olympic signs apparently have an excellent grasp of what is coming. A downpouring of the dragon's seed is appointed for the very near future. Tom Horn's recent insight into the Book of Enoch suggests the nature of this anti-Flood. The spirits of the Nephilim that were bound at the time of the flood are about to be released. They have been bound for 70 generations of 70 years after their hosts were destroyed. Millions will flood the earth as the eight-fold dragon's seed, to meet with prepared hosts in an eight-fold conception style reception! A coming anti-Flood is the testimony of the Olympic signs, crop signs, the American political process signs and others I haven't yet addressed. It relates directly to the time of the flood of Noah's day and is appointed as a counter to it. The world is as the mass of spectators who cheered as the signs were paraded before them in Beijing and around the world; oblivious."

Now, the matter of timing is key to the success of most plans. The days and times on the Lord's calendar are so very critical and the master counterfeiter knows this full well. Satan's schedule is fully synchronized with the Sovereign God's. His purpose is really to fulfill the Sovereign God's plan, and scheduled events must be synchronized like the moves in a chess game. Y'shua expresses his scheduled appointments to His people as He pleases, concealing and revealing as appropriate to the value and purpose of each hidden element. The counterfeiter expresses his schedule of appointments in a similar fashion yet fully within the Sovereign Lord's oversight.

When Chief Seattle relayed the message, "FOR WHATEVER HAPPENS TO THE ANIMALS WILL HAPPEN SOON ALSO TO HUMAN BEINGS," he didn't elaborate. "How soon?," we wonder.

The vengeful prophetic warning, "WILL HAPPEN SOON," isn't the only element in the scene involving time. As I suggested at the outset, clues to just how soon it will be fulfilled are embedded in each coin tossed into the Nephilim gene pool!

I already pointed out how the back of each coin has on it the thirteen character phrase "E Pluribus Unum," (out of many, one) signifying the complete Apollo Beast kingdom as fully identified with the serpent dragon. One other phrase is common to each coin's backside; "United States of America." This is a 21 character string. A key signification of the number 21 is that of time, of a complete cycle of time. Before I elaborate on that I'd like to introduce some other elements in the context that feature the time factor.

The stained glass pyramid, titled "The Monument," is an artful representation of the great pyramid at Giza. That monument is acknowledged as a timepiece by many students of its architectural features. (See Nephilim and the Pyramid of the Apocalypse by Patrick Heron, for one consideration of the subject.) While that's hugely significant, what's more particularly relevant in this series exposing the dominion and magickal work of the gods over Rochester, NY is the more obvious timepiece placed right in front of "The Monument," very centrally located in the airport's Observatory Area.

This clock is a landmark timepiece that's been relocated here from its former home in the very heart of Rochester. I have vivid memories of watching the "Clock of Nations" there as a boy.

You can see one of the Nephilim lurking in the lower shadowy realm while viewing the clock (from this picture I took in 2008), down the steps to the right.

The clock can be seen from the lower realm as seen in this photo from my most recent visit. (below left)

Lord willing, I'll have a lot to share about the clock and its role as the "Clock of Nations" that features Babylon time. What I'm bringing to your attention in this post is that the clock is related to the pyramid and the coins and the Chief's prophetic warning. The counter-flood revenge of the Nephilim is a common theme among them and these symbolic and supernaturally influential objects offer clues as to how soon it will come. The clock provides a countdown in Babylon time, and the Federal Reserve coinage concurs.

What follows will probably lose many of you. There's just so much background to it.

The landmark "fabled timepiece" is only visiting the airport temporarily but yet this is not here by accident. The planned future location is to be a new atrium at the Golisano Children´s Hospital at Strong. I'm sure that setting will be just as fitting as its temporary home is now. The timepiece is scheduled to be moved and displayed there in the year 2012. Yes, this is the year most popularly recognized as the pivotal year on the Mayan long count calendar.

What I don't want you to do now is immediately import all the noise from previous study about that year. What I do want you to do is focus on what I'm presenting here and now, because the points I want to make are valuable enough not to be squelched in the din. If you are settled in, please proceed.

The moving of the clock is a signal. The planned relocation says something significant. The clock is another magickal device, and there is a reason why, where and when it will be moved. The year 2012, regardless of the Mayan calendar, is the focal pivot on other systems of note. One of them identifies it in the context of where we are in Bible prophecy. Planning to move the clock in 2012 is a clear signal.

Did you realize the year 1991 marked the coming of the Lord in judgment? There was a celestial sign given to announce it, just as promised in the Bible, and the sign was observed by myself and confirmed as such by a few others. The other scheduled events that were revealed to me were presented in such a way that I was unable to anchor them to the calendar for many years. Recently, you may have noticed my excitement about finding "the connecting link." The "three things and then four" features are validation for the insight I received in April of 2008 that binds the particular Shemittah I've been rather focused upon to the calendar. The three sevens of years counted off from 1991 conclude in 2012. Then, the seven patterned throughout biblical history from the creation week itself onward will arrive! That's where we are in Bible prophecy, though most folks have little idea of what it means. See "Beyond the Veil" on theopenscroll.com as the Lord leads.

While the key sign of 1991 is hidden from most folks, the dragon knows what's up. This fact was confirmed to me first though the sign of the impossibly unlikely receipt of the "Caritas Notice" and then has continued to be confirmed to me in such as the "Three things and then four" features and the Federal Reserve coin features. Make no mistake, the dragon knows what's up and he's boasting of it in so many contexts!

Here's where the 21 of the numismatic 23/13/21 embedding comes in, though it won't make much sense without connecting a couple other dots too. You see, the 3 "things" are three Shemittah that span twenty-one years (3x7). The 21 signifies a complete time cycle. It is the number identifying the span from the sign marking the beginning of the season of judgment in 1991 to the beginning of the appointed Shemittah in 2012. 1991+21=2012 As in Daniel 10 when the prince of Persia withstood the angel that had been sent to Daniel for 21 days, this 21 year interval has to pass before the appointed Shemittah will begin. Consider it as the limit of a necessary and very special season of preparation. The 21 character "United States of America" adds to the 13 (E Pluribus Unum) and the 23 (Liberty + In God We Trust + 4 digit year of minting) to present a witness that compares to that of the imagery on the Federal Reserve's "one dollar" note, about which so much has been written.

It's that imagery on the dollar and the recent work of such as Tom Horn and Chris Pinto that should connect a few more dots for you.

Lord willing, I'll pick this up in another post.
